Vanessà Heer lebt seit Februar als Stipendiatin der Dr. René und Renia Schlesinger Stiftung im Atelierhaus Birli im ausserrhodischen Wald. In ihrer Ausstellung in der Kunsthalle Wil unterwandert sie mit Verve einen alten Brauch des Appenzellerlandes mit neuen Gesten, Gesängen und Beteiligungen.
