Der Schein trügt bei Guy Ben Ner. Mit ernstem Spiel und spielerischem Ernst dekonstruiert der israelische Künstler die Grenzen zwischen Fiktion und Realität. Seine Home-Videos entpuppen sich als komplex konzipierte Kunst mit sozialkritischen Botschaften. Auch wenn alles verloren scheint, gelingt ihm dank seines kindlichen Blicks der Neubeginn.
