Die Menschen sind weg, die Tiere und Pflanzen auch, ja sogar die Denkmalsockel sind verwaist – die Stadt ist nur noch eine Ansammlung von mehr oder weniger geschlossenen Gehäusen an unbelebten Gassen und Plätzen. Die Ausstellung ‹Città irreale› in der Lokremise St. Gallen wurde von der Wirklichkeit eingeholt.
