Cuno Amiet gehört zu den wegweisenden Schweizer Künstlern des späten 19. und frühen 20. Jahrhunderts. Die grosse Ausstellung zu seinem 150. Geburtstag wird allerdings nicht von einem Museum ausgerichtet, sondern vom privaten Kunstraum -Bromer Kunst in Roggwil bei Langenthal.
