KiöR heisst eine Fachgruppe, die im Auftrag der Stadt Zürich Strategien und Modelle für Kunst im öffentlichen Raum ausarbeitet. 2006 wurde sie gegründet, 2023 von einer neuen Kommission mit einem neuen Leitbild versehen. Wie hat sich der Blick auf Kunst und Stadt verändert? Der Vorsitzende Heiko Schmid und die Fachstellenleiterin Sara Izzo geben Auskunft.
