PuraVerdura, Maurice Maggi, Ishita Chakraborty: Geschichtenerzählen und Kochen mit lokalem Gemüse (zwei Workshops)

Zwei Workshops bieten Einblicke in die Welt des Geschichtenerzählens und Kochens mit der renommierten Künstlerin Ishita Chakraborty, dem Urban-Gardening-Pionier Maurice Maggi und der lokalen Gemüseinitiative Pura Verdura. Pura Verdura ist Zürichs lokaler Gemüse-Abo-Dienst, der nach den Prinzipien der gemeindegestützten Landwirtschaft arbeitet. Ishita Chakraborty wird über ihre faszinierende Kunstinstallation bei Löwenbräu sprechen, die die Migration von Pflanzen im Kontext der Kolonisierung nach Europa untersucht. Anschließend wechseln wir vom globalen zum lokalen Kontext und kochen mit lokalem Gemüse von Pura Verdura. Maurice Maggi wird den Kochworkshop leiten, während Ishita Chakraborty einen Zeichenworkshop moderiert.
Am Ende beider Workshops werden wir alle gemeinsam eine Mahlzeit zubereiten. Es ist möglich, beide Workshops zu besuchen.

PuraVerdura, Maurice Maggi, Ishita Chakraborty: Storytelling and cooking with local vegetables (two workshops)

Two workshops offer insights into the world of storytelling and cooking with the renowned artist Ishita Chakraborty, urban gardening pioneer Maurice Maggi, and the local vegetable initiative Pura Verdura. Pura Verdura is Zurich's local vegetable subscription service that operates on the principles of community-supported agriculture. Ishita Chakraborty will discuss her fascinating art installation at Löwenbräu, which explores the migration of plants in the context of colonization to Europe. Afterwards, we will transition from the global to the local context and cook with local vegetables from Pura Verdura. Maurice Maggi will lead the cooking workshop while Ishita Chakraborty hosts a drawing workshop.
At the end of both workshops, we will all share a meal cooked together. It is possible to attend both workshops.
