Ana Maria Millan, a solo exhibition
The research and the main subject of Ana’s exhibition is focused on the relationship between digital cultures, gender and performativity. It premiers three of her animations: Wanderlust (2017), where her work was commissioned by inSite/Casa Gallina, one where she created an animation of native country Colombia and Germany where she lives now and a series of paintings in watercolors of people who created their own gaming characters. Ana collaborates closely with Live Action Role Playing (LARP) communities and video gaming.
