Belén Artspace Gallery, features the first exhibition in Spain of fotographs by the Swiss artist Daniel Garbade. In this series, the photographer and painter has used snapshots of his family members in the past decade, together with images of his ancestors to compose portraits that symbolise his DNA.

The images form a series that includes small compositions to pieces measuring over a meter in length to create a necessary play of distances with the spectator. The grain of the photographs, like the strokes of an impressionist painting.
